Voluntary off-season weight training and conditioning sessions are now taking place on M-W-F mornings from 6:00am-7:00am in the DC Weight Room. The sessions are supervised by the baseball coaching staff, but any student is welcome to attend.

Off-season weight training & conditioning is an important part of preparing for an upcoming sport season while further developing individual strength and conditioning.

These voluntary weight training and conditioning sessions will continue until February 15.
