Dayton Christian hosted their 2nd Annual Golf Invitational at Pipestone Golf Course today (Wednesday, August 7). Nineteen (19) different schools attended the event with a total of 102 boys & girls golfers participating in the 18-hole event. Lakota East won the 16- team boys invitational with a low score of 304. Centerville was runner up, scoring 317. On the girls side, Clermont Northeastern won the team title with a score of 391. Carroll girls team, finished 2nd, with a score of 433.

Jacob Joffe, Seven Hills, was the low medalist shooting a 73. Hailey Stegemann, Clermont Northeastern, was the girls low medalist (84). Individual Specialty awards went to Adam Murphy of Lakota East, with the longest putt & Matt Mahoney of Alter, received the straightest drive award.

Dayton Christian looks forward to hosting the 3rd Annual Golf Invitational again next fall in August 2020.
